Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Please add cradlesongbirthing@gmail.com to your contacts in order to receive important class updates and information about your registration. PAYMENTS All payments must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the first class to reserve your spot. In the event there are still slots available within 24 hours of a music class and you are unable to pay upon registration, please email cradlesongbirthing@gmail.com to make other payment arrangements. WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN PERSON PAYMENTS. ​ CANCELLATIONS You can cancel your class series registration up to 7 days before the class start time at no charge, minus the 3% booking fee. Cancellations made less than a week before the class series begins will be charged at 50% the session fee. We keep class sizes very small and one family dropping out can result in cancellation of the entire series for all the families. Cancellations must be emailed to cradlesongbirthing@gmail.com. Should you need to cancel with than 7 days notice, you can send someone in your place or attend a make-up series when applicable. You will not lose your session credit and can apply it to a future series or any other Cradlesong services. A refund will not be provided. MISSED CLASSES Session fees reserve your spot for the full series. Life happens! If you and your little one have to miss a session, you are welcome to attend another one of our classes as a makeup when scheduling allows. A refund or credit will not be provided. ​ REFUNDS Cradlesong will refund any fees paid, after taking into consideration the relevant cancellation policy. Credit card surcharges and booking fees are non-refundable. Our booking fee is 3% of the amount paid. Refunds will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual or organization from which the payment was received. ​ CHANGES TO EVENTS In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Cradlesong reserves the right to change or cancel training events. For those who have registered for the canceled class a full refund or place at a future class of their choice are guaranteed. ​ PHOTOGRAPHY By registering, you are granting Cradlesong permission to use photographs and/or video taken during the music class in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of Cradlesong.
